T-Minus 4 weeks until Gen Con! It's almost time for thousands of gamers to descend on Indianapolis. We're doing our final prep work and getting ready. This year we'll be at booth 1629. Look for the giant aisle 1600 banner hanging from the ceiling and we'll be toward the middle of that aisle. You’ll find us there ready and eager to teach you all the new games.

Promotions

We're super excited to be bringing the next game in the Choose Your Own Adventure game series to Gen Con! We had a lot of fun with the promo kit we handed out last year so we knew we had to bring another one. To stop the Evil Power Master, you'll need a few extra intergalactic items. 

Stop by the booth, take a Choose Your Own Adventure selfie with the banner or playing the demo, and post it to social media with #ChooseYourOwnAdventure and tag Z-Man Games. Show a Z-Man staff member and you’ll earn this year's promo kit. Then just snag a copy of the game and you’re ready for a night of adventure after the exhibit hall closes! We’ll have the promo kit while supplies last, so if you want one make sure to stop by early.

We're jumping into the pin game this year too! Our booth is an official stop for the Gen Con Pin Bazaar. All you have to do is demo Pandemic: Rapid Response and you'll get a free enamel pin. We'll have the pins the whole weekend while supplies last. 

We'll also have the designer of Pandemic: Rapid Response, Kane Klenko, at the booth to talk with fans and play the game with them!

Friday and Saturday from 3:30-5:00pm we'll have a special guest at the booth. Make sure to stop by for your chance to play Hadara with Moritz Brunnhofer, the head of Hans im Glück! He'll be around to talk about the development, give strategic tips, and play the game with fans.

Competitions

We'll be running the US National Championships for Pandemic Survival and Carcassonne in the Event Hall! Curious how a competitive format works for these games? Come by and watch the tournament. We'll be running the Pandemic Survival Semi-Finals on Friday. If you're a tile-laying master make sure to sign up for the Carcassonne tournament or stop by before the first event on Friday at 4:00pm. We can accept last minute generic tickets if there are still open spots!
